Deposit and Cancellation Policy

• A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to confirm a reservation
• Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
• We use Pay Pal for all deposits and credit card transactions 
• Deposits are refundable (minus a $100 handling fee per stay & any applicable credit card fees) up to 60 days prior to the start of your trip
• Within 45 days of your trip, your deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to resell your spot.
• No refunds are available for unused portions of stays
• Trips that must be canceled due to a Hurricane Watch or Warning for Cozumel, may be rescheduled within the next 12 months without penalty
